Dietz Communications is a small business owned by Victor Dietz, a disabled veteran who was injured during his service in the USAF. Victor has been involved in telecom expense management for over 12 years and during that time he has managed cost savings and refunds for small, medium and large sized businesses that totaled in the millions of dollars.
All telecom expense management auditing services are performed in house and our clients appreciate the effort we make to clearly communicate where the billing errors were detected, what steps we can take to correct them and if the forensic evidence exists, how long the billing error has been active. Over the past 12 years we have detected thousands of billing errors which have resulted in our clients reducing their telecom expense, while at the same time obtaining refunds for errors found in their phone bills.
The majority of our clients elect that we base our fees on a contingency basis so that our fees are due only when an invoice is received that reflects a reduction to the pre-established baseline for that telecom invoice.
